HEALTH GOALS I hear people tell me all the time that they are “trying” I hear people tell me all the time that they are “doing better” I hear people tell me all the time that they don’t have time to make changes or attend a workshop on nutrition or exercise AND THEN I LISTEN TO PEOPLE TELL ME THAT THEY ARE NOT REACHING THEIR GOALS AND THAT THEIR ISSUES STILL REMAIN. You know the definition of Insanity is when you do the same things over and over and expect a different outcome. Einstein once said that “you cannot solve the problems you are having with the same level of thinking (or living) that you used to create the problems”. In other words, just “trying” or doing it at “50%” is not a change in living or thinking that can sustain you long enough to create your goals. That’s why trying to solve a health issue with pills and surgery cannot ever work. Because they are still symptom oriented and don’t involve a change. It’s simple. If you look in the mirror, or at the belly hanging over the pants, or at the bloodwork report, or at the MRI report, or at your child’s symptoms, etc…and you don’t like what you see, then vow to yourself that you are done being INSANE and you are going to make a full change. If its eating better, you cannot enjoy sugary breakfasts and lunches full of processed carbs and have a good dinner and expect results. If its losing weight, you cannot surge at 50% and then complain about not losing weight. It’s simple. To achieve your health goals, just do what NIKE says “JUST DO IT” …..AND IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT TO DO, THAT IS WHAT I AM HERE FOR. JUST ASK ME. 1.
